My CSL24UL is solar powered. In the description of this item it indicates letting them know whether your unit is solar, so I did, but they indicated it didn't matter. So I'm not sure why they have that in the description. They also indicated since I had a 24UL, I should get the double by-pass, which I did but never needed it. After installing only one, the gate worked properly. Also, watch their shipping. On mine, it took 10 days before they even put it in the mail!!

The seller has extremely poor communication and I never received my item. He refused to call shipping company and said there is nothing he can do. On top of all that writes insulting emails. I waited for over a month and NEVER got the item or replacement from him.

this simply isnt true , i shipped it . the ost office lost it and you got your money back. what else can i do , i am sorry but when the post office takes possession of it i have to trust them. but i certainly didnt deserve negative feedback after you got a refund , what more could i do ?
