Official! Rio Raj's 'Joe' to have an OTT release this Pongal

Rio Raj, a TV actor turned Kollywood star, has delivered multiple films as a lead. Now, Rio Raj starrer 'Joe' is gearing up for digital release, and the actor has officially announced the film's OTT release date on his social media page.

"Epo epo nu kettingale Pongalukku varrom Joe from Jan 15 #Happypongal," wrote Rio Raj by sharing the film's OTT release date poster. The 2023 November Tamil release is set to stream on the popular OTT platform, and the film's release in multiple languages might be the reason for the film's delay in the OTT release. 'Joe' will be streaming in Tami, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages, and the wider release of the film will lead the stars to get appreciation across.

Directed by debutant Hariharan Ram, 'Joe' is about a young man's love for his college mate, and it's an impressive debut from the director to start his cinema journey. 'Joe' features Rio Raj, Malavika Manoj, and havya Trikha in the main roles, and the film had music scored by Siddhu Kumar. The romantic drama, packed with heart-touching moments, received positive reviews from both critics and audiences. 'Joe' had a successful theatrical run of over 25 days, but the film occupied only a limited number of screens.
