Physical Description
Noted to be a beauty that could rival that of a female pure-blood, Yuki boasts in appearance that could be both described as seductive and innocent. Standing at the petite height of 5 foot 2 and weighing in at a mere 101 pounds, she is molded to have a physique curved like an hourglass. It's no wonder that she has no qualms wearing any type of clothing or becoming the occasional fantasies of men. With her nipped waist and toned arms and legs, there seems to be no problems or worries about gaining weight... this is most likely due to her high metabolism. Perhaps it's her well-endowed bust or delicate hands and feet that directs attention towards herself or perhaps it's the innocent, doll-esque skin that's the selling point.. After all, who could blame other females for having sparks of envy when Yuki's luminous ivory tone, a harmonious combination of rose and milk, constantly is flawless and blemish free?

Moving onto her hair, yet another selling point, Yuki has been blessed with a gift. Generous amounts of silken natural auburn hair that, when caught in the rays of the sun, gives off a fiery golden glow, cascades and frames her silhouette perfectly... almost like a drawing. Typically, and almost shamefully, the lazy school Guardian will leave her waterfall down due to the wispy strands not cooperating (and also due to the fact she's quite sluggish when it comes to following stylish trends). After several years of letting it lengthen, the fiery tresses now fall to the rest at the mid-point of her waist, a few strands here and there being arranged so that it almost looks layered. Usually, the long tendrils will have a slight, almost non-existent, wave to them... yet, oddly enough, that wave is just enough to frame her face picturesquely and to radiate the impression of her ethereal beauty belonging to that of a china doll. On the note of her bangs, seeing as Yuki doesn't have the energy to cut them, they have grown in such a way that the longest part (the middle strand) reaches the bridge of her finely sculpted nose.

Moving onto her large rusty-hued orbs, this is point where Yuki's true beauty sets her apart from others. In her opinion, as well as her friend's, the pair are her best and most unusual quality due to the breathtaking contrast they provide with her porcelain milky skin, full light pink lips, and beautifully colored hair. It should also be noted that Yuki a tendency to day dream, more often than not during class, zoning out randomly sometimes. When she drifts off, one can easily tell her mind's wandering by her lowered eyelids and the slight frown on her lips...almost making it look as if she was sleeping. It is also noticeable that Yuki's light red eyes turn a darker shade of brown as she becomes consumed by her own mind or when she pouts about an event.

❝Welcome to my Life❞

Personality
Yuki is definitely the type of person who readily wears their heart on their sleeve. Typically described as a caring and selfless person, she willingly jumps to other's rescue and without hesitation, exerts herself to be of assistance. Of course, Yuki does tend to go overboard and will, more often than not, put herself in danger's way to protect those she cares about.. she'll even go to the length of shielding someone from a bullet if it comes to it. This has caused Yuki to be a bit reckless on occasions and having others be worried out of their minds for her well being. However; she truly means everything she does. When doing something, Yuki puts forth the greatest display of effort possible, always believing that hard work will pay off (and more often times than not it has for her). She takes everything as a challenge and, sometimes unfortunately, deals with it head on. Blunt to a fault, Yuki can also have a bit of a temper should someone ever get on her bad side...and isn't afraid to say so. Despite this, if she is extremely close to the person who upset her, she will bite her tongue and let them get away with it. Especially Kaname. This has caused Yuki to be a bit of a pushover when it comes to those she holds near and dear.

As a free-spirited young woman, Yuki typically doesn't allow things to bother her much as they normally should and will, more likely than not, shrug whatever it is off. The idea or event would have to be really infuriating to her for her to snap and figuratively assault the person. Much to some people's confusion, Yuki will be, at one moment, calm and composed then in another, fierce and without bounds. As such, the committee member takes great care to work on lengthen her patience (which seems to be infinite unless under certain circumstances). The one thing she truly has trouble with is trusting others. There are only about four or five people she actually trusts, and will do anything to ensure their safety.

Yuki has a rather optimistic nature when she is feeling lively and often likes to tease people on occasion...namely other Day Class students. Whether it's about their crush on someone or about a certain aspect of their appearance they like or dislike, Yuki loves to playfully jab at them. Of course she does it with care as to not upset them.. however; there are times where she can't help herself. Though that's not to say she is without grace. Yuki does retain some social etiquette when it comes to her elders or the Night Class students (yet again, namely Kaname) and will often act more reserved when this occurs. (Of course, she often is so nervous around the Pureblood that Yuki will often make blunders).

Though, one thing for sure is that Yuki isn't afraid to be herself or to make mistakes. She would rather be tied down to a rock at the bottom of the ocean than be restrained and restricted to certain things. If someone were to ask her to put up a façade or to adhere to be more normal, Yuki will immediately become defensive and rashly decline. She doesn't want to feel like a doll, being groomed and told what to do or say.. and she definitely does not want to be sheltered. It is something she had to endure while growing up as a child, but now that she is older, she doesn't want to feel like that again. In a more light-hearted note, Yuki tends to call people by their given nicknames rather than their actual names simply because it is easier for her to remember. Excluding Kaname, that is.

❝Who I Am❞

Image
History
Yuki's history is.. interesting. At the age of 10, a fragile and impressionable stage, the young girl had a rather severe case of amnesia. Wandering about in the snow, dressed in nothing more than an oversize coat, boots, a dress and white gloves, it's a miracle she didn't freeze to death, Even more of a miracle that, when attacked by a rouge vampire, Yuki wasn't killed. Though she had Kaname Kuran to thank for the latter rescue. It's all slightly blurry for Yuki, even to this day.. all she could remember was Kaname became her Knight in Shining Armor. He brought her to one of his friend's house, an ex vampire hunter; Kaien Cross. There, Yuki was adopted by him.. and she was plunged into a world most don't know even exists. The world of Vampires. Of course, Yuki was absolutely terrified.. especially when she became aware of how frightful Kaname's powers actually were. Yet, for some odd reason, she couldn't stay away from him.

A few years passed and Kaien created a school, Cross Academy, a school in which both humans and vampires dwelt peacefully. The humans, of course, were not made aware of the fact that the adored and admired Night Class students were actually creatures that thrived off human blood.. but what they don't know won't hurt them. Of course, Kaien appointed his only 'daughter' the head of the Guardians. Her job is simple; protect the Day Class and Night Class from one another. Though... the main reason why Yuki accepted this position was namely to see her beloved Kaname every day.

And thats pretty much it for the history of Yuki Cross.

Yuki's blood, for some odd reason, is irresistible to Vampires. The slightest prick has them in a frenzy to taste her life-force.[/font]

It was almost dusk and the night class was at the gates ready to go to class. Kaname was at the front of all of the night class students, observing Yuki doing her daily duties of the disaplinary committee. He scanned to the large crowd of overly excited day class students then opened the gates and the excitement got bigger. He and the night class started walking on the path as if they owned the place. He looked back and saw the new night class student Rose Black standing at the back with a scared look on her face as she saw all of the adoring day class students on either side of the path. Kaname walked, calmly over to Rose.

"What's wrong" he asked her sounding slightly concerned. She looked down nervously, "there are so many people" she said quietly. "Rose, this happens everyday, this is just something you'll have to get used to" he said kneeling down a bit to her level. "But I'm really shy, if I drank them they would all go away, they look so tasty" she said timidly, her blood lust obvious growing. Kaname stood there sternly, "There will be none of that, I know you're a level D and it's hard but I have to keep you on my close radar. Come on we need to go to class" he said sternly and dead serious. He started walking back to the other night class students and she followed still with her head down slightly and a tear going down her cheek.

Kaname saw Yuki and approached her with a slight smile. "Good evening Yuki, you have done a great job today" he said and patted her head gently, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. He suddenly looked a bit concerned, "You look tired, you should really get more rest. I wouldn't want you to get sick, I can ask the headmaster to give you a few days off from your disciplinary committee duties if you would like" he said and looked at her warmly.

Cordelia stood in the back of the night class students, her posture straight and elegant, her head held high. Her purplish red eyes glowed slightly as they reflected the light of the sinking sun, and her usually shiver hair looked almost golden as it absorbed the last rays of warmth. Yet, besides her strange and enchanting beauty, there seemed to be something wrong about her expression, something that shattered the whole image of perfection. It was hollow, empty, emotionless. Well, at least she wasn't scowling which was common for her as well; but some people did tend to find the expressionless doll face even creepier than the angry one.

She watched Kaname with Rose, but made nothing of it- other than being slinky annoyed. All she wanted was to get another pointless day over with, and if Everything continued in this pace, that would never happen. Her feeling of annoyance grew as he walked over to the human and started playing concerned boyfriend. How sweet, she though, Not at all... get this going with and then find a room or something. Sighing, she almost felt the need to yell at them, though she refrained from it, remembering the scoldings her mother and father would give her if they were still there, or found out. A shudder went down her sine and Cordelia want still, wrapping her arms about herself in a slightly protective manner and just hoping they would open that bloody gate anytime soon.

Rose continued walking down the path of never ending day class students, how many humans are even here? she thought the herself and trying to resist the temptation to just lunge at one of them, sinking her fangs into their necks. But she knew she couldn't do that, and if she wanted to become a level C she needed to overcome this thirst. But she saw something peculiar about one of the disciplinary committee members. It was a boy with Gray hair wearing a day class uniform, but she could tell he was a level D, just like her. But what was he doing in the day class? She stayed near the back of the night class students because she didn't want to draw any attention to herself. Still feeling very nervous she carried on but accidentally bumped into one of the other night class students and tripped. She had silvery long hair and a doll like face. But Rose saw she had a cold expression.

"S-sorry" she said standing up quickly and bowing. She hated all this attention and she didn't want to get yelled at by a higher class vampire. She started walking back over to the other night class students, she heard them whispering to each other, "stupid level D" a few of them whispered to each other. She pretended she didn't hear that and kept walking, extremely timidly.

When Kaname had finished talking to Yuki he noticed that Cordelia was watching them. He walked back to the night class students and approached Cordelia. "Is something the matter, Cordelia? You'll have to understand Yuki is very dear to me. Also you shouldn't scowl, it's very unsightly" he said a bit harshly as he usually is with all the other students. He walked back to the front of the night class students, as if he was leading a pack. He looked back a bit and gave a slight wave at Yuki, "Goodbye Yuki" he said calmly and continued leading the night class to their classes. The sky no getting quite dark.

(Hey Gladis, next time you write a reply could you write it in the "Main Academy Ground"? Because the other one you posted in is for stuff that happens outside of Cross Academy.)

Cordelia mentally cursed and cringed as she was bumped into by a clumsy level D vampire. Then again, what else was to be expected of someone of her kind? "Sorry? That is all you can say, you clutz?" she huffed seethingly, brushing her clothes back into place. She hated clumsy people and she hated being touched. Especially by people not worthy of her attention, or so she viewed it. Ignoring the other class mates siding with her for once, Cordelia walked through the gate and onto the school ground, keeping her posture the same as before. High and proud. She didn't like the ones picking on the level D either. They were all hypocrites, all fools. No one could be trusted, ever.

She was pulled from her thoughts when she suddenly heard Kaname's voice. She especially noted the tone of voice he used, and instantly felt anger build inside her again. She didn't care if he was a level A vampire and in that way considered better than him. She didn't care anything about him actually being superior to her either. "I resent that," she said flatly, "you shouldn't go around telling people to mind their manners when all you do is delay time by staring at that chocolate headed brat either," she then pointed out, annoyance evident in her icy voice. She gazed at him with chillingly cold, red eyes before speaking, her voice softening slightly, "though nothing is the matter..." she finally finished in a sullen mutter, averting his gaze.

She hated following him like a dumb sheep, and she hated even worse seeing everyone else following him. It made her feel like an idiot, not to mention out if control. Therefor, just because he had told her to stop scowling.... she kept the scowl on her face, now even further noticeable than before.

(Sorry. >_< )

"All Day Class students please keep moving! Curfew is approaching..!" came the frantic voice of Yuki Cross, a tone of worry heavily residing within each syllable. Crap... why don't they listen!? complained her inner thoughts as she busily tweeted the shrill-sounding whistle with more-than-slight enthusiasm. In response to the ear-piercing sound, several of the Night Class Fangirls had let out a pained squeak before hastily scurrying away from main cobblestone path.. of course, not before sending the Head School Guardian a few spiteful glares. Shuddering at the venomous daggers she received from her female peers, only one thought had crossed the daughter of the Cross family's mind; I... I need to work on my social skills....

In that one moment, the moment she escaped from the present via her thoughts, all hell managed to break loose. The Moon Dormitory's wrought iron gate had slowly swung up and out stepped them. As always, Yuki's breath managed to hitch in awe upon laying her eyes on the beauty of the vampires.. who wouldn't react that way? However.. as part of the Day Class Guardians, it was her job, no her duty, to keep both classes in check. Which meant she couldn't be ogling and staring after the model-eqsue students. Violently giving a shake of her hair, the fiery waterfall temporarily catching the wind, Cross turned her attention to the Fangirls. Except.. they were all lined up in a perfect, uniform formation on either side of the path, suddenly quiet with a buzzing aura. A slight twitch afflicted her left eye as, almost hesitantly, Yuki moved to the side for the passing Night Class students. I.. i can't believe them.. Then she saw HIM.

Instantaneously, her rust-hued gaze latched onto the approaching figure of Kaname Kuran and, as usual, her body went through the 'normal' reactions. First her heartbeat skipping two pulses, then the fleeing breath, and, finally, a slight opaque rosy blush coloring her cheeks. Of course those symptoms only worsened when the fearful Pureblood caught her gaze and sent the warm smile her way. The smile that she was in a constant search for... the smile that made her heart soar "Good evening Yuki, you have done a great job today" rang out his velvety voice as he diverged from the cobblestone path. Fluidly making his way over to the frozen Guardian, Kaname promptly tucked a piece of stray, unruly hair behind her ear. Yanked from her misty-eyed stare, Yuki's eyes widened in slight surprise as his gentle touch lightly rested atop her head. It was as if her body knew that it was Kaname's touch, as if it knew the unspoken feelings Yuki held for this vampire, because that rosy blush turned a tad bit darker. "You look tired, you should really get more rest. I wouldn't want you to get sick, I can ask the headmaster to give you a few days off from your disciplinary committee duties if you would like" sang his next words, concern practically dripping from his voice. You idiot! You made Kaname-senpai worry! flustered her thoughts, horrified realization causing her to panic.

In a spilt second, Yuki Cross retracted from the Dorm President's gentle touch to perform a deep, Japanese-styled bow. In a hasty manner, she quickly spoke in such a way that she was almost tripping over her words. "A..ah! K-kaname-senpai! Good.. evening..!". Finishing her greeting, Yuki slowly unfurled to a normal, standing up-right position, trying the best she possibly could not to make eye contact. The stubborn blush was still there. Feeling her face heat up at his worry, the teenaged girl tried to explain in an assuring manner. "Th..thank you for the c-concern.. But I'm f-fine.. re..really! I'm tougher than I look!". To emphasize her point, Yuki flexed her right arm (of course, there wasn't any muscle bugle) and lightly grasped her "bicep" with her left hand.

It was at this point that the Committee member suddenly became aware of the stares she was receiving from some of the other Night Class and Day Class students.. and let's just say not all of them were the most friendly. Particularly an Aristocrat with silvery hair. Giving Kaname a semi-guilty, semi-embarrassed peek, Yuki continued to usher out the Day Class Fangirls.. much to some of the male Vampire's disappointment. That was, until she heard Kaname explain to one of the glaring vampires that she was "very dear" to him. Needless to say, that little phrase did next to nothing to quell the furious blushing. Biting her lower lip, Yuki quickly bowed to the Nightclass before rushing off.. not even seeing the Pureblood's wave or hearing his goodbye.

After a few moments of running, Yuki finally came to a stop at the center fountain. Giving a soft sigh, her breathing and pounding heart now calmed, the Day Class guardian allowed for her slender hand to disrupt the sheet of flowing water. Why.... why does he do things like that?! It doesn't help the fact that he's my senpai! And.. my savior... ranted the thoughts, a slight twinge of sadness and solemness overcoming them.

Rose was listening to everything Cordelia was telling her. She couldn't believe someone was actually giving her advice, or maybe she was being scolded. She looked up at Cordelia from her hands revealing a large blue eyes. She gazed at her not knowing if she was being kind or rude, it felt a little mixed. But the slight kindness she heard in her voice made her surprised. She wiped the last tear off her face and was speechless. "T-thanks you" she said quietly and a little timidly, "for being nice to me" she continued, hoping she worded it correctly and that Cordelia wouldn't lash out at her.

"To be completely honest with you, I'm scared of what I am" she said walking into the classroom, fiddling with the bottom of her skirt. She slowly and cautiously walked her way over to an empty seat in the classroom and sat down. She could still hear the whispers of the night class students. She felt like crying again but she remembered what Cordelia told her and she kept her head up. She opened a book and started reading. Blocking out all of her surroundings.

...

Kaname went to go see the headmaster but on his way there he Yuki saw sitting at the center fountain looking quite sad. What is my dear girl doing now?, he thought to himself He approached her silently, standing in front of her. Towering over her as usual. "Yuki" he said looking at her. "What are you doing sitting her sadly" he asked her a bit concerned. He continued looking at her and pulled her into a warm, tender hug. Holding one hand on her back and the other gently on her head. "When did this happen, Yuki, when did you stop telling me things... Yuki" He said and kept holding her close.

Yuki stood there, wrapped in the Pureblood’s embrace, a sense of nervous content washing over her. There, by a bubbling fountain, a mere human was being held by the most powerful creature to exist in a stance that was forbidden.. that was never meant to occur. Silence washed over the pair, both seemingly content with the silvery light illuminating their world.. and then it was shattered. "When did this happen, Yuki, when did you stop telling me things... Yuki" came Kaname’s voice, the velvety quality now holding a sense of sorrow. She would be lying if she claimed that his words didn’t affect her emotions, that they didn't pull at her heartstrings. And she would be lying if she declared that she didn’t want things to go back to the way they were.. back to the childhood years she spent thriving off his visits. Yet, even as the disciplinary committee leader stood secured by her savior’s arms, part of Yuki knew these days, that innocence, was lost. And so should her feelings for the pureblood be. Trying to calm the pounding heartbeat, Yuki finally whispered into his shirt, the words slightly muffled. ”You’ve been hiding things from me too.. haven’t you, Kaname-sama? came her musing words, a tone of slight hurt resting in them. Only a heartbeat passed after Yuki spoke before the human raised her palms to rest flat against the vampire’s chest before gently pushing him away. Trying to stifle the reluctance, the reluctance that left a bitter taste on her tongue and in her heart, the Day Class student sent the Dorm President a stiff bow. Remaining in the respectful posture for a few seconds, Yuki quickly straightened her spine before spinning on her heels and fleeing.

Satisfied with the distance between Kaname and herself, Yuki finally slowed down to a slow canter, her footsteps echoing softly on the cobblestone paths. Get ahold of yourself, Yuki! You’re a Day Class guardian.. that means you have to protect the Day Class from the Night Class! Remember what the Chairman said; only you can make his philosophy a reality. came the chipper thoughts, the tone desperately trying to uplift her spirits. With that pep talk in mind and a hand on Artemis, the Guardian began her patrol around the grounds as any traces of Kaname left her attention.

Just as Yuki reached the window in which the Night Class was safely tucked away behind, a rustling above made the Guardian freeze in motion. Every sense went abuzz as wariness began to set off the red light in her brain, adrenaline flowing in response. Sending a rust-hued scan of the world aground, the Guardian turned her attention to the leafy canopy above.. thats when she saw the tip of a shoe dangling. Undoing Artemis from her belt, Yuki’s unwavered voice rang out with a tone of authority. ”You there! In the tree! Come down here and state your name and class! Any activity after dusk is strictly prohibited, as stated in the Cross Academy Handbook!” With the exception of the Night Class.

Erin glanced down. Oh great. Disciplinary committee. And she'd gotten her dagger out. Great. "Why?" Was all she asked. "Why aren't we allowed out after dusk? It makes no sense." Erin made no move to get down, she was happy with where she was. She wasn't getting down without her coming up and making her. Inside, Erin felt like she should, that she was being stupid. But Erin also wanted to know the secret of the Night Class, and, unfortunately, that side of her won. She smiled at Yuki softly.

"If you want me to come down, come and get me." The words were stupid, but they'd escaped her lips before she could stop herself. She sat there on the branch, arguing with herself mentally whether or not to tell her to not bother, she'd come down on her own. She decided that she would just sit there until Yuki almost got her and then climb higher.

Zero walked along the school grounds patrolling night, making sure all the day class students were at the dorms and night class students were in class. He made his way to the classroom building and saw the night class through the window. Beasts in human form, it's disgusting, he thought as he looked at all the vampires, but he saw a new student in there that caught his attention. He immediately sense she was a level D, just like him. What the hell? What was a level D doing in the night class? It's for aristocrats and up, he thought a little confused.

His attention was taken off of the level D and to Yuki who was nearby, yelling at a day class student who perched herself in a tree to spy on the night class. He walked over there quickly and yelled at the day class student and casually shook the branch she was sitting on. "Get down her or I'll make you cry" he said in a mean and harsh tone of voice, giving her an icy cold glare. He shook the branch once again. "Any further acts like this will result in suspension" he said in the same tone as before.

Erin almost shrieked in terror as her branch started shaking. She scowled at the culprit, Zero. He said something about making her cry. "Make me cry?" She rolled her eyes to herself. "How do you suppose you're going to do that?" She jumped down anyway as she didn't really fancy getting suspended that day. "Why do you guys always get to have all the fun?" She exhaled sharply through her nose, sighing. It wasn't fair! I bet they knew everything about the Night Class. How did they even stay up all night and all day? It was crazy.

To be honest though, Erin thought to herself, apart from catching girls like herself peeking at the Night Class, what fun did they get up to? Apart from being able to communicate with the Night Class too. What made they so special? Why did they have to go in a Night class? And what made them so pretty?! It frustrated Erin a lot. She scowled at her feet.

When she got down from the tree he still kept his icy glare. He scowled at her like her usually did with the other day class students. "Report back to your dorm immediately" her ordered harshly. He waited for her to leave then grabbed Yuki's hand. "Come on let's go" he said emotionless and pulled her to the next spot that needed to be patrolled.

"Yuki, do you know why Rose was put in the night class? The night class is for level B's and up, am I right?he asked her then face palmed. "I swear the headmaster has lost it" he said and started walking away. "I'm going to patrol the fountain area" he said before finally disappearing into the darkness of the night.

Yuki merely gave her partner a small frown as the silver-haired "human" began to put on that cold facade, threatening to hurt the Day Class student. Giving a small sigh, the Day Class Guardian murmured softly as the handbook-breaking student gingerly crawled down the tree, "Zero....... you could at least be more friendly.. this is why all the girls are afraid to approach you!" Standing back, the female guardian allowed for level D vampire to finish up the lecture. As soon as the girl, whom was called Erin as they found out, was out of earshot, Zero suddenly questioned about Rose and her existence in the Night Class.. and by the way he spoke, her partner was a tad bit more than frustrated. Biting her lower lip in silence, Yuki's mind began to race in an attempt to answer his question, possibility after possibility racing through her mind. Why is she in the Night Class? Did.. did Kaname-sama bring her there? Or was she brought in by the Head Master..? echoed her questioning thoughts, the whole of her attention suddenly consumed by figuring out a question. In fact, she was so concentrated on putting the puzzle together that the fiery-haired girl had barely took note of the Level D vampire sauntering off, claiming he was going to finish his patrol.

With a rather annoyed sigh, Yuki began her way back to the Head Master's office, fuming. "Zero..! He could have at least told me he was going ahead! I swear.. he's just as bad as the other students sometimes!" echoed her rant, an eyebrow twitching in disbelief. Zero had just left her, standing there under a tree, deep in her thought! The nerve! Within a few minutes, Yuki was now standing in front of the Head Master's desk.. of course, dodging his attacking hugs the best she possibly could. However, amidst the report she was of-so-dutifully reciting, Zero came barging in.. with the level D vampire; Rose. Spinning on her heels in astonishment, Yuki's eyes grew wide in surprise. "Ze-Zero..! Whats the meaning of this!?" questioned her spoken aloud thoughts, confusion quite evident in each syllable. However, all of that pondering was cut short as the smell of blood drifted in the room.. a smell of which was quite unwelcome considering there was a classroom of vampires on the other side of the campus. Before the Chairman could even say a word, Yuki was brushing past the other Day Class Guardian and his captive and out into the night once more.

Hesitating for a moment's pause outside the Night Class door, Yuki could feel her heartbeat jump in nervousness. She was always like this whenever she had to address the classroom full of vampires, ESPECIALLY when that room held several of the most powerful beings in existence. They already know you are here.. they can sense you! So why are you standing out here like a deer in headlights?! came her chastising thoughts as she absentmindedly shifted the Day Class Guardian badge further up her arm. Giving a quick gulp, a set determination aglow within those rust-hued orbs, Yuki opened the solid wooden door. Slipping inside with the best show of authority and assurance she could possibly muster, the Guardian sent an apologetic look at the flustered teacher.. apparently the Night Class was astir with the events that had just occur. For a spilt second, two of Yuki's tapered fingers brushed lightly against the bandage that was stuck firmly at the base of her neck, curiosity filling her. They could smell human's blood this far away..? Quickly returning her hand to it's rightful position at her side, Yuki quickly cleared her throat before saying, a tad bit too hastily. "The Head Master and I would like to apologize for the sudden disturbance... currently, we are investigating the situation. Please continue with your regular classes and um.. Please.. remember this isn't an excuse to well erm.. drink anything other than your blood tablets! Are there any questions..?" With that, the Day Class scanned the room of Vampires, quickly flickering her gaze over Kaname's figure.

Kaname was about to go after Sasori but then he decided it didn't matter. He had the whole night class to get under control. He turned on his heel and started walking back to the night class. I give her one chance to be at the academy and she blows it. I'm not entirely sure if she murdered her but it looks pretty convincing. I'll have to investigate who was out of class when we all smelt the blood. There was Rose, Cordelia and Kaito., he thought as he reached the classroom. It wasn't not very calm, everyone was talking about the blood that they smelt. He saw Yuki in the classroom once he got there. He in past her, taking swift strides and took his seat. He caught Yuki's gaze but he wasn't in the best mood so he looked coldly at her. He didn't even realize it.

Zero let go of Rose's wrist and she let herself fall on the ground. She didn't want to face him or the headmaster. I didn't do it, why did i have to run into that room. I just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, she thought hiding her head in her knees. "What is the meaning of this, Zero" the headmaster asked sounding concerned. "A day class student has been murdered by one of the night class students, and I found her with the corpse when I smelt the blood." he said eyeing Rose. "Did you see her actually drink the student's blood" the headmaster asked, "no, but she's level D. Any other vampire wouldn't just go and attack a human, I know this for a fact. I'm the same as her" said Zero. "I don't know why Rose would do this though, we gave her a chance to possibly become a level C. But if you didn't see her bite the student then we can't prove she's guilty. We will investigate any vampire who wasn't in class at the time" the headmaster said then walked over to Rose.

Rose looked up at Zero and the headmaster then stood up. "Rose, we will be investigating you tomorrow, but for now go back the moon dormitories. You won't be permitted to leave the dorms until we figure this out" said the headmaster. "Thank you, headmaster" she said and headed back to the dorms. She opened the large door hearing the usual creaking sound then shut it behind her making a loud thud. "Um... hello?" she asked wanting to know if anyone was here. She slowly made her way to the stairs and sat on the bottom stair. Did I blow it? Even though I didn't kill that girl, will they kick me out?, she thought then a tear rolled down her face. Followed by a few more tears, and soon her eyes were pouring out tears.

Yuki quickly answered most of the questions that were deemed reasonable, her answers quite vague.. after all, she didn't fully understand the situation herself. Just as she was finishing up, the Day Class student had flicker her gaze once more over to Kaname.. though it wasn't his usual warm gaze that met hers. In it's place was a cold, distant stare, something of which she had never seen on the Pureblood before. Her breath suddenly hitched meeting his eyes and as her blood turned cold in her veins, Yuki's small frame was rattled by a jolt of surprise. Quickly averting her gaze, undoubtedly hurt shining in it, Yuki finished up her lecture half-heartedly. Sending a quick bow to the Night Class, the human quickly exited from the room full of vampires before fleeing into the night.

Kaname...... why... did I do something to upset you? Did I accidentally say something.. or is it because of Zero? prattled on her confused thoughts, hurt leaking into her conscious. He never had looked at her that way.. in fact, the Guardian didn't even know her beloved savior could even muster such brutality. Trying to clear her head of such thoughts, Yuki gave a firm shake of her head, sending that fiery waterfall flying.

Within a few minutes, Yuki was in the Head Master's bathroom and scrubbing away at her face. Shuddering at the temperature of the splashing water, the Day Class student gave a soft sigh. Sending a quick glance up at the mirror and eyeing the water dripping down her face, Yuki's thoughts couldn't help but travel to Zero. I wonder if he's ok.. with today's events and all.. mused her worry thoughts as a delicate hand went to shut off the water.

Zero left the headmaster's office and went to have a shower at the boys dorms. But he found that the showers there were closed at this time of night so he had to use the headmaster's bathroom. He walked over there and heard running water. Yuki must still be showering, he thought and looked at the door handle seeing she forgot to hand a towel there. "Yuki, you for got to hand a towel on the door handle, anyone could just walk in. I need to take a shower so hurry up" he said behind the door, his voice sounded a bit angry because he was angry, with the whole situation that went on, at least.

Once he heard the water shut off he stepped in the bathroom and saw Yuki. He attention quickly went to her neck that wasn't bandaged, revealing the fang marks on her neck. I'm a monster, he thought to himself as he starred at the marks. He felt sick to his stomach looking at them but also felt tempted to taste her blood at the same time. He tried his best to ignore it, but his inner beast came out. He grabbed her wrists and pushed her against the wall. He eyes glowing now, he couldn't resist. "Yuki..." was all he could say before he bit down on her neck.

Yuki gave a small sigh hearing Zero open the door, just slightly annoyed how he came barging in. "Zero..! You could at least knock.. I mean-" The girl's words were suddenly cut off by the tight grip that took ahold of her wrists. Before she knew it, her body was pressed up against the bathroom's cream-colored wall by a glowing-eyed Zero. "Ze..ro?" echoed her faint whisper taking in his appearance and immediately knowing what was about to happen. Like usual, a light fear struck her core seeing those pearly white fang glint in the low lighting.. however, Yuki didn't have a chance to look at them for long. Within seconds, they were plunged into the previous, barely-healed, bite wounds and causing her crimson to leak out. And, as per usual, the slightly uncomfortable sensation set in... after all, it was unnerving hearing your own blood be gulped down like it was a soda. Leaning her head to rest back at the wall, Yuki opened up her neck to provide more room for the ravenous vampire, her thoughts beginning to drift. You've done this so many times already.. so why does it feel.. not quite right? Why do I have this aching in my heart...? I made this choice after all.. came her muddled thoughts, confusing uncertainty entertaining her attention.

As her mind went on the topic of confusion, her thoughts suddenly turned to Kaname. That man was the embodiment of mystery, of confusion.. and rarely did Yuki feel anything but towards him. He was her savior after all, her protector.. the one who gave her this life. Yet, despite all of their time spent in an innocent bliss known as a childhood, they had grown distant, less talkative. But that's my fault... I can't get too friendly with my senpai.. especially since he is an honored Pureblood. came her metacognitive arguments, a yearning growing within her heart. Then suddenly, out of no where, a new image popped into her head.. one of Kaname being in Zero's position, nuzzled at the base of her flawless neck and partaking in the unique drink only she could provide. Instantly, a rosy blush started to grace her porcelain skin and her heart beat skyrocketed, ashamed of the direction her thoughts had taken. Giving a slight cough, trying to banish the forbidden thoughts, Yuki tried to retrain her mind to ponder about today's events. Particularly about Rose's thirst for blood. After a few seconds passed, Zero still drinking down her life-force, Yuki finally spoke with a slightly restrained voice. "Hey Zero..... what does my blood taste like?"

He sunk his fangs into her soft porcelain skin. He was Gulping down her blood, not being able to stop. The sweet taste of her blood almost wanted to make him go insane. I'm disgusting, truly disgusting. I'm becoming level E. Why do I crave blood so much. Why does it taste so good, he thought losing himself in the taste of her blood. Suddenly her voice brought him out of his slight trance. What does my blood taste like?, the words echoing in his head. He pulled away from her, the blood falling dripping from his mouth. "Why do you want you know" he said disgusted with himself. He wiped the blood off his mouth and stood up.

"When can I stop hurting you, Yuki" he said turning around. "You know, if you wanted anyone to drink your blood, your preference probably would be Kaname, your blood had that taste to it" he said and started unbuttoning her shirt so he could get ready for the shower. "Just leave" he said not being able to look Yuki in the eyes, because of how guilty he felt every time he drank her blood.

There was a silence that had followed her inquiry, the sound of greedy gulping filling the room. Then abruptly it stopped as Zero had quickly jerked his head away from her neck. "Why do you want to know?" came his disgusted words, the tone ever so slightly harsh and distant. It wasn't Yuki's fault..how inquisitive her mind was. She just grew up that way, especially with amnesia affecting her life at such an early age... she had a sense of urgency to know everything ingrained into her mind.

Sensing he was done feeding, the Guardian reached for a black towel before pressing it firmly against the base of her neck, effectively stopping the bleeding... for the most part. As she was mopping up some splattered crimson on the tile, Yuki couldn't help but murmur. "You, and other vampires, just seem to enjoy it... so I couldn't help but wonder about it's taste..." Yet another silence had stretched between the two teenagers before the silver-haired male's words came, just as melancholic and distant as a first glance would portray. "When can I stop hurting you, Yuki.. You know, if you wanted anyone to drink your blood, your preference probably would be Kaname.. your blood had that taste to it."

Instantaneously, a blush swept across her ivory cheeks at the mention of Kaname and the reference to the sudden change in her blood. H-he... he knew?! shrieked her embarrassed thoughts, mortified at the thought of Zero guessing the vivid fantasy she had just earlier experienced. Standing up, not even bothering to glance over at the undressing boy, Yuki promptly threw the blood-soaked towel into the hamper. "Just leave." resonated the clipped sentence, guilt leaking into his every syllable. Crossing to the door in a rigid silence, Yuki reached for the door knob. However, her hand hovered over it, the words on her tongue dying to be spoken. A few moments later, the Day Class guardian managed to speak in a rather soft, earnest manner. "You're wrong, Zero.. I'd never want for Kaname-senpai to drink my blood. I promised I would save you, to give my body to you... and thats what I am doing." And with that, the human girl had left the level D's presence.

Walking down the hallway, Yuki decided it was perhaps a good idea to tell the Head Master she was finished for the night. Giving a soft sigh, the Day Class student picked up her pace in the slightest manner before stifling a yawn that tickled the back of her throat. It was then, as she stood outside of the oak doors, that Yuki had realized she had two fresh fang marks with blood still leaking slightly out around them. Giving a small tch at her carelessness, the teenaged girl had rearranged her fiery waterfall to lay draped, much like a veil, across that particular side of her neck.. no reason in getting her adoptive parent in an uproar. Slightly knocking on the door, and not awaiting an answer, Yuki slipped inside. "Chairman, I've finished my pa-" The words were cut short, partially out of surprise, as she took in the two vampires standing before her father, obviously interrupted in the midst of an explanation.
