Ingredients
- 50 ml
double cream
- 25 g
butter
- 50 g
sugar
- 1 tsp.
vanilla extract
- 50 g
dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 70 g
milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 80 g
digestive biscuits, broken into chunks
- 30 g
mini marshmallows
- 25 g
white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp.
icing sugar
Directions
- Step 1In a small pan over medium heat, add the double cream, butter, sugar and vanilla extract to a small pan and set over a medium heat. Stir until everything is melted then bring to a simmer and remove from the heat.
- Step 2In a large mixing bowl, add the dark and milk chocolate and pour over the double cream mixture. Leave for 30 seconds then stir until the chocolate is melted.
- Step 3Next, add the digestive biscuits, mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
- Step 4Lay a large piece of cling film out and add the mix to the middle. Roughly spread out into an even layer then fold the cling film up and around the chocolate and form into a sausage shape.
- Step 5Tightly twist the ends and pull towards you so the sausage rolls along the counter. This will tighten the cling film to form a neat sausage shape.
- Step 6Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
- Step 7Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Remove the cling film and use a sieve to dust the sausage with icing sugar. Serve and enjoy.
