Help cover some of Copper's medical bills

Hi, my name is Kayleigh, and the beautiful beagle in the photo above is Copper. He's just shy of his 6th birthday. Copper has been with us since he was 8 weeks old, he's your typical Beagle, full of mischief and things he shouldn't have eaten.
A few weeks ago we noticed 2 lumps on Copper's right hind leg. They caused him no pain, no discomfort and he didn't even acknowledge when it was being touched despite this, the vet didn't like the look of them, and was unsure as to what could have caused it. Though likely to be a foreign body, or Cancer but the biopsy samples came back inconclusive. We made the decision to have them removed and sent to histology. The surgery was booked for Tuesday 5th December. That evening I went to look through the insurance paperwork to remind myself what we was covered for only to find an email with the subject ' We're cancelling Coppers policy '. My heart sank, dated 16months ago and still unread in my inbox! 16 months ago I was in the third trimester of pregnancy and caring for my Terminally ill Dad while also being a mum to 3 other children, 1 of which has a diagnosis of ASC and another is on the pathway for a diagnosis. It's no wonder why it went over my head, but I feel so foolish that I didn't know and that I let it slip right by me. On Saturday 2nd December Copper woke me up in the early hours crying. He'd licked the lumps bald, his leg was 3 x the normal size, hot to touch and he wasn't able to bare enough weight to jump onto the sofa. The emergency vet gave him anti inflammatories, antibiotics, and pain relief which made him more comfortable. Monday 4th December I took him back to his regular vets who cancelled his operation as she no longer felt confident that she could remove them safely. The week previous they had been 2 defined and contained lumps but now they were one big mass of weeping puss and hair and god knows what else is hidden inside.
Our vet sent pictures to a specialist pet hospitals in the local areas for their opinion. They recommended a CT scan to find out what was going on on the inside and then decisions can be done regarding treatment.
It's right before Christmas and so far I have spent £600 in the last 3 weeks. The CT scan and consultation alone is going to cost £2450 through Frank Pet Specialist Hospital in Leeds. This is the cheapest and nearest we have found so far and he is booked in for Tuesday 12th December. Between now and then I will keep looking for other/cheaper options but euthanasia is NOT one of them unless the vet advises it in Copper's best interest.
Our friends over at the 'Beagle Banter But Better' Facebook page have reached out and offered to contribute towards coppers CT from their emergency fund, which is totally amazing and generous, but it can't cover it all, especially when there is real chance of him needing further treatment once it's established what is causing the problem.
Please, please help raise funds to help cover this bill. I completely understand money is tight, especially being so close to Christmas, and I'm ashamed to have no other option but to ask for help.
