Pilosocereus pachycladus subsp. pachycladus aka 'Azureus'

Pilosocereus pachycladus subsp. pachycladus, aka 'Azureus' is a subspecies of Pilosocereus pachycladus F.Ritter.; It is one of the most spectacular columnar tree-like cereus, growing 1 to 10 (or more) m tall. It ramify at the base or develops a distinct trunk with dozens of erected glaucous (bluish-silver) branches. Its elegant habit (shape) makes it look like a miniature blue Saguaro. This is one of the bluest columnar cacti.

Genus name: The genus Pilosocereus was known as Pilocereus up until 1954 when it was renamed due to a discrepancy found according to the rules of botanical nomenclature. This earlier name meant felted-cereus. Both names refer to the very hairy areoles on the stems - at least the mature flowering portions of the stems.
