LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — New family member alert! ABC13's Mark Spain and family has added a very special member to their home.
The Spain Family adopted a rescued Envigo beagle from the Lynchburg Humane Society.

Spain said his son Max wants to call the beagle pup Jax.
He also said their beagle is adorable and chill and went home with them.

The Lynchburg Humane Society also thanked the Spain Family for adopting Jax. They said the pup hit the jackpot with a wonderful family.
21 beagles arrived at the humane society last Thursday.
The society said the pups range in age from puppies to about 10 years in both male and female.
