Native to Central Mexico, Mammillaria geminispina or twined spine cactus, is a fairly easy plant to grow, it doesn't require any special treatment, but needs as much light as possible. This Mammillaria gets only better looking with age. Grows in clusters. Place in a spot with very bright light, preferably fun sun. Water thoroughly and then allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. During its winter dormancy, keep it very dry, only water once every other month or so.
