Its possible you may not be able to play this in fullscreen if you are using Windows 10. Also not everything is in English. If you are using any antivirus software such as Windows Defender, McAfee, Norton, etc, you may wanna expect false positives.

Hinokakera, is a series of doujin 3D fighting games by Reddish Region. This is the first game of the series. Actually, a revision of the first game (I sadly was not able to find the vanilla version of the game). If I remember correctly, this version of the game unlocks any secret characters if there are any, rebalances the game, some graphical touch ups as this is a doujin game, and of course fixes any bugs found in the original release. This game plays like a hybrid of Melty Blood or Guilty Gear with 3D side stepping similar to Virtua Fighter 3. This game also has a Normal Mode (I assume that's the Arcade/Story mode of the game), Human and AI VS, Training Mode, and a Watch mode.

Honestly with more content in terms of how much more you could do with this game, more support, and if this game was spread by word of mouth more and if more people documented Hinokakera, I think this series could have went places. At least not as much as Melty Blood did, but it could have had a bigger community or cult following at least. I think this game has a lot of potential to be one of the best doujin 3D anime fighters we have, considering that there isn't too many doujin fighting games in 3D that are good or at least above average. I would definitely love another game in this series. I hope you all enjoy.
